The service fee is based on product value only. Freight, duties, DDP, inspection, oversized handling, batteries, motors, and destination exceptions are quoted separately.
What may be included in your final quote
Every water-equipment quote is different because supplier option, MOQ, carton data, cargo type, route, and destination country change the cost.
Product source price 1688, Taobao, Raft Inflatable, or supplier-listing price after the selected model and options are confirmed.
Selected options and MOQ Size, fabric, floor, accessory kit, color, logo, carton artwork, sample or bulk quantity, and supplier MOQ tier.
Domestic China shipping Supplier-to-warehouse freight, pickup, local trucking, or consolidation cost inside China.
Buying agent service fee USD 10 for product value up to USD 500; 3% of product value above USD 500. Coordination, seller follow-up, quote preparation, order handling, and support are included in this fee line.
Inspection / repacking Optional photo checks, carton counting, accessory review, export packing, palletizing, and label or carton mark review.
International freight Courier, air, sea, LCL, FCL, DDP, port delivery, door delivery, oversized handling, and remote-area delivery.
Duties / taxes / customs Destination duty, VAT/GST, DDP assumptions, customs declaration support, broker handoff, and local fees when applicable.

Why can water equipment freight change so much?
Inflatable boats, SUP boards, rescue boats, motors, and accessories can be light but bulky. Freight may use volumetric weight, carton count, battery or motor handling, DDP feasibility, and destination-zone rules.
Can the quote separate sample, trial, and bulk order costs?
Yes. A practical RFQ should separate sample price, bulk MOQ price, accessory set, domestic shipping, packing, freight, DDP/customs route, and total landed cost.
