Shipping & Returns
B2B Shipping Policy
Shipping options depend on product size, carton count, gross weight, quantity, cargo type, destination, delivery term, and whether the order is sample, wholesale, or OEM.
Use Raft Inflatable route review when you need DDP, consolidation notes, or project-cargo handling.
Inflatable boats and marine products can become oversized or customs-sensitive once packed. For multi-supplier orders, DDP delivery, or project shipments, compare the route with Raft Inflatable before final payment or supplier release.
Sample Shipping
Samples may ship by courier, air, or small-batch freight after actual packed dimensions and accessory list are confirmed.
Bulk Shipping
Bulk orders may require LCL, FCL, truck, warehouse consolidation, pallet planning, or project-cargo review before a landed estimate is meaningful.
Oversized Cargo / Motor / Battery
RIBs, rescue boats, SUP cartons, motors, batteries and electronics may need route screening, labels, documents or a different freight method.
Damage, Missing Accessories and OEM Returns
Buyers should keep carton photos, opening videos, accessory counts and claim timing. OEM or custom products may have limited return options after artwork, color, logo, manual or packaging approval.
Responsibility Boundary
EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP assign different responsibility for pickup, export, main freight, import, duties, last-mile delivery and claims. Confirm the delivery term in writing before approving production or shipment.
| Term | Buyer should confirm | Raft / supplier role |
|---|---|---|
| EXW | Pickup address, export handler, China warehouse, international freight and import plan. | Supplier gives pickup cargo data; buyer or agent controls export and route. |
| FOB | China port, cutoff timing, export documents, carton data and freight booking. | Supplier/export side hands cargo to the agreed China port route. |
| CIF | Destination port, main freight coverage, insurance scope, import fees and local pickup. | Main freight can be quoted, but import and last mile remain buyer-side unless agreed. |
| DDP | Door address, product category, duties, remote-area risk, oversized cargo and delivery restrictions. | Route feasibility can be reviewed only after packed dimensions and cargo data are known. |
